An Israeli rescue delegation arrived in Belgium last night to assist with the major flooding situation that is happening there.
Aryeh Levy, the chairman of the organization and commander of the delegation said “Unfortunately, we have experience in events of this kind after dozens of disasters around the world in which we provided assistance. We work together with the local medical and police forces who receive us with great enthusiasm and appreciation. The destruction is great and there are still more than 1,500 missing and tens of thousands of families left homeless. In the coming days will examine the need to send more teams to the area to strengthen the work and help as many people as possible.”
Kol HaKavod to Israel for helping yet again!
